THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING US!

We built our trailer from the ground up, perfecting every recipe at home before ever serving a single plate.

We are a first-generation family with a dream—a dream that started with our children and inspired us, as parents, to take a leap of faith and build something of our own.

What began as our children’s idea and dream quickly became a family vision. We wanted to create something that our entire family could be proud of, while showing our children that with hard work, dedication, and a little courage, their dreams can become a reality.

Our food is deeply rooted in our family traditions. We proudly serve family recipes that have been passed down through generations, with every dish carrying a little piece of our history, culture, and the people who came before us. These are recipes that have brought our family and friends together around the table, and we are honored to now share them with our community.

We are also proud to be a part of and support Spring Valley Little League. Being involved in our local community and supporting our children and their teammates is something that means so much to our family. ⚾

Whether you visit us at a Little League game, a special celebration, a community event, or simply stop by for a delicious meal, we hope you feel the love and family behind everything we do.

When you support our food trailer, you’re not just supporting a small business. You’re supporting a first-generation family, a dream inspired by our children, generations of family traditions, and our commitment to giving back to the community we call home.

Thank you for being a part of our journey and for allowing us to share a little piece of our family with yours.

❤️
